Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for supporting our small business. This Refund & Return Policy is provided in accordance with Shopify’s recommended merchant guidelines. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are required to inspect all orders immediately upon delivery. All original packaging must be retained until the order has been accepted or any issue has been resolved. Failure to retain original packaging may result in denial of a return or claim.

Returns – Non-Damaged Items

We accept returns for non-damaged items under the following conditions:

  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

  • All return requests require prior approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

  • Items must be returned in original, unused, and resalable condition, including all original packaging.

  • Upon approval, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided via email.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, and approved as meeting return conditions, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow standard processing time for refunds to appear, as dictated by your payment provider.

Damaged Items & Shipping Claims

We package all orders with extreme care. However, once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for loss or damage during transit lies with the carrier, as permitted under Shopify merchant policies.

If your order arrives damaged:

  • You must provide clear photographs and a short video showing the damaged item, shipping box, and internal packaging.

  • You are required to file a damage claim directly with the shipping carrier.

  • Any reimbursement or refund for shipping-related damage will be issued by the carrier, subject to claim approval.

We do not offer refunds or replacements for items damaged in transit.

Giveaway & Free Promotional Items

All giveaway items and free promotional items are provided as-is:

  • Giveaway and free items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds, replacements, or exchanges.

  • We assume no liability for damage to free or promotional items.

  • Customers may contact the shipping carrier to pursue a claim at their own discretion.

Free and giveaway items will not be replaced under any circumstances.
