How to Measure Your Nails

Lay your hand flat on a straight, flat surface (table, countertop, etc.).
Your fingers must be completely flat, no lifting or bending.

Place a U.S. quarter next to your fingers.
This coin provides a reliable scale for measuring.
Hold your phone directly above your hand.
The photo must be level, straight, and not tilted.
Ensure your fingers and the quarter are fully visible and clearly in focus.

Repeat the same steps for your thumb.

Sending Your Photos

You should be able to include your photos on the page before placing your order,
if you cannot do this for some reason,
Please email your sizing photos to:

Be sure to include your full order number in the email.
Sizing cannot begin until photos and the order number are received.

If Your Picture Isn’t Clear

If your photo is blurry, tilted, shadowed, or otherwise unclear, I will email you to request new images.
This step ensures accurate sizing for your custom set.

Accuracy & Fit Guarantee

This sizing method is very accurate, but if your nails arrive and do not fit, the following policy applies:

Proof of Incorrect Fit

You must send:

A photo of the EXACT same hand used in your original sizing photo with
the nails that do not fit beside each finger.
Be sure to include the quarter in these photos as well.
This will allow me to see where the sizing issue was made.

What Happens Next

If the nails are confirmed to be incorrectly sized:

I will offer a refund or a remake of the set, shipping for the replacement is
fully covered by me.
Only one replacement per pair is allowed.

Returning the Incorrectly Sized Nails

If you request a refund or remake due to fit issues:

You will receive an email with a shipping label to return the nails,
please place the incorrectly sized nails in the package and ship them back using this label.
Once I receive the original set, I will begin making your replacement set, or you will be given your refund.

If Proof Cannot Be Provided

If you cannot provide a photo of the same hand used to size, with the misfitting nails beside them, clearly showing the sizing issue, then I cannot remake or refund the set.
